BTO Breakfast - For Building Engineering and Technical Professionals


The BOMA Technical Organization (BTO) is hosting a breakfast seminar prior to the BOMA Show. The topic is Engineering: The Career.

The program includes a panel of building technical and property management professionals discussing topics such as:

  • Where did engineers come from and what disciplines were needed to create the first engineers?
  • What are the disciplines and skills that are required for today's engineers?
  • What staffing challenges to buildings and management companies face?
  • Where do owners and managers recruit their engineers today?
  • Where can a building engineering career take you today?
  • What education and skill sets will you need to succeed?

The breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. on May 20. There is no cost for BTO members to attend the breakfast; however, pre-registration is required to ensure the correct number of meals are available. Additionally, attendance is limited to building engineers. All breakfast seminar participants are encouraged to attend the BOMA Show.
